The Fate Of The Two Plants Nokia Did Not Know How

   On 25/4/2014 , Nokia has announced the completion of the merger of the "basic " service business and its mobile devices into the Microsoft.
Say " basic " is because there are two plants of Nokia not included in the agreement of purchase and sale deal this is: Chennai plant in India and plants in Korea Masan.

Factory Nokia's Masan in South Korea currently employs about 200 workers, but Nokia will close it. The fate of the Chennai plant in India is still unclear, but Nokia recommended would provide financial support for all employees so that they can " seek better opportunities outside of Nokia ".

The deal ended up with some other changes that are final sale price is expected to slightly higher than the initial price announced is 5.44 billion euros due to a number of positive adjustment in working capital and cash income.

The leaders Equipment and Services segment of Nokia will switch to working for Microsoft from day 25 quarters . Among them are former Nokia CEO - Stephen Elop, Jo Harlow, Juha Putkiranta, Timo Toikkanen, Weber. Of course, Microsoft also reception staff are working at Nokia.

Reportedly, Nokia will be announced on Jan. 29 quarters in order to provide more detailed information about the merger transaction ( probably will have information about the fate of the Chennai plant in India and the final sale price ).
